Live in the heart of Provence, discover its architecture, its cuisine and its wineries. Participate in the preservation of the local, rural culture.
Stage : Provencal cooking
Throughout the week volunteers will create simple, tasty, traditional dishes that will be tasted at meal times. The instruction will take place every morning and again in the afternoon with the cooking staff at La Sabranenque.
This convivial interaction mixes creativity with an active participation, exchange and the pleasure of discovering a traditional “cuisine” that is developed from fresh, local, seasonal & savoury ingredients.

Session : Volunteer & wine exploration in the Côtes du Rhône region
Every morning, for one week, the volunteers will actively participate in the restoration projects: the safeguard of a medieval site, at the same time they will learn traditional building techniques. While living in the heart of the old village, volunteers will contribute to the preservation of the site at their own rhythm. Each volunteer will be guided by qualified technicians.
The afternoons will be dedicated to the discovery of wineries in the Côte du Rhône region and some of its producers. Through winery visits, wine tastings, and discussions with professionals volunteers will learn about the local wines.
