Volunteers must be in good health, and at least 18 years old. No knowledge of French or Italian is necessary, as some project directors speak English. A variety of nationalities and backgrounds are usually represented at the projects. In July and August at Saint Victor la Coste, there are often volunteers from as many as ten different countries who share their experience.
